details:  Event is Sat., Oct. 28, 2017 from 2pm-8pm at the Galindo House and Gardens 1721 Amador Street, Concord, CA (facing Clayton Road, just west of Galindo Street, Downtown Concord).  We expect that you will have enough product, materials, etc. to remain on-site for the entire time of event

Set-Up is Saturday morning between 9am & 1pm (all participants must be ready for inspection by 1pm with vehicles, packaging, debris, etc. removed to proper areas)

Vendors please bring your own 10’x10’ maximum ‘pop-up’ shade structure, signage, tables, chairs, display materials, Halloween decorations, candy, etc. that will fit within the space  (*if you need any of the above, let us know asap to make arrangements & there may be a cost)

Cost: Varies dependent on level of sponsorship (see descriptions attached) & all are negotiable dependent upon the mix of cash and/or in-kind donations & if a pouring station
